Offers To Purchase

All written offers must be submitted to your agent for review. Your agent represents you in negotiations with the buyer and their agent. This is for the protection of the rights of all parties.

Each written offer will be presented to you by your agent with an explanation of its terms and conditions, and will be accompanied by a written estimate of your net proceeds based on the offer.

Your Options Upon Receiving An Offer

ACCEPTANCE - If the terms and conditions are acceptable to you, simply sign and date all copies of the contract.

REJECTION - If not acceptable, you can reject the offer as written and have it returned to the buyers.

COUNTER-OFFER - You may make a counter-offer to any terms or conditions of the offer that are not acceptable to you.

COMPLETED CONTRACT - Once there is a ratified contract (signed by all parties), we will coordinate all inspections of the property and keep you informed on the buyer’s progress in obtaining the necessary financing. We will also coordinate and attend the settlement with you.
