What Sells Real Estate?
Most people have heard the term "location, location, location!"
It is indeed one of the most important considerations for most home buyers. However, other factors will also help determine the value and marketability of your home. These include:
- The condition of the property
- The asking price
- The terms and conditions of the sale
- Seller's availability and cooperation in showing the home
